Hey mama, I'm Dr.Nikki, I’m a physical therapist, a proud military wife, and a mom of three. The word “savor” means to delight in. I don’t know about you, but I want to look back on this journey of motherhood and know that I delighted in it. Even though it was hard, even though it challenged me, even though it grew me. I firmly believe that when you prioritize your own physical, spiritual, and mental health that you are able savor motherhood more fully. I’m by no means a perfect mama but I want to use my knowledge of the human body and optimal movement to encourage + empower you to thrive through the struggles and help you be the mama that God has created you to be.

This course is an extensive strength and rehab program for the postpartum mama. Whether you are 2 weeks postpartum or 2 years postpartum and still experiencing deficits in your physical abilities, this is for YOU. This course combines my expertise as a clinician as well as my personal experience as a mama to give you the ulitmate guide to rehabilitate your postpartum body with confidence.

These in person group classes are great for both pregnant + postpartum mamas of any stage! Here you will learn how to activate your deep core muscles and other muscle groups essential to optimal movement.
